Fact: map-lab has performed more than 30 design reviews for the owners of the Hancock Tower, ranging from new tenant office remodels, to the complete renovation of the entry level.
map-lab has a great deal of experience working with owners of high rise buildings as demonstrated by our design review responsibilities at 200 Clarendon Street, the prestigious John Hancock Tower in Boston. map-lab has performed over 30 Design Reviews for Broadway and Normandy Real Estate Partners and 50 Design Reviews for Beacon Capital Partners. In addition to the design review work at the Hancock Tower, we have also performed design review services and protected the interest of building owners at 197 Clarendon Street, 200 Berkeley Street, 200 State Street, and for multiple buildings at MIT’s Cambridge campus including the 700,000 square foot Ray and Maria Stata Center.
